At PLH & Associates - Construction Servicess, LLC we’ve learned what it takes to build a home — and what it takes to build a home right. When you
build with PLH & Associates - Construction Servicess, LLC, we’re with you every step of the way. We help you build upon your dreams.
Step 1: Every Step.
Be assured, PLH & Associates - Construction Services, LLC will be there for you at
every step. We will help answer questions, select house plans, design changes, choose components….you are our priority
during the construction of your home.
Step 2: Prequalify.
How much home can you afford? There's a quick and easy way
to find out. We'll crunch the numbers and have information for you quickly. Once you're pre-qualified, you can plan with
confidence.
Step 3: Choose a House Plan.
Before you begin thinking about grading and framing
and floor plans, reconsider the definition of this simple verb: to build. One of its primary meanings, as the
Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary reminds us, is "to develop according to a systematic plan, by a definite
process." Our staff will help you create a plan and help personalize them to meet your needs.
You'll be selecting a home from an inventory of existing plans. Do you want a one-story home or two? A two- or three-car
garage? How many bedrooms? How much storage space do you need? Once you've selected a home, you can then personalize it
and make it your own. First, you can select the so-called "structural options," which refers to the house facade and floor
plan. Then you can select the design or soft options, which includes many interior features, from appliances to flooring
to kitchen cabinetry.
Step 4: Financing.
Once you've decided on a home plan, we provide you with a cost
estimate. PLH & Associates - Construction Services, LLC will then create a finance package that you can take to your lender to secure a
construction loan.
Step 5: Add the Finishing Touches.
We have design specialists to help you in
selecting the flooring, faucets, siding, shingles, cabinets, countertops, and everything else you need all under one roof.
We will help you make the choices that fit your style.
Step 6: Start Building.
It all comes down to quality planning and quality
products. We'll manage the project on the job site overseeing all the subcontractors working on your home. We use only
high-quality trade contractors.
Step 7: Moving Day.
PLH & Associates - Construction Services, LLC ensures that your home will get built
in an organized, timely fashion, with specific attention to detail. Once you approve plans, specifications and selections,
we’ll start the building process.
Step 9: Customer Service.
